Welcome to my website. For the past fifteen years I’ve dedicated my life to to helping Pastors and Leaders realize more than they can imagine in their lives and ministries.

When Jesus mentored people, he walked beside them, he LIVED with them. I believe that leadership is not something that is meant to be done alone: that by leaders working in community, they can all become stronger as individuals! I’m determined to walk alongside the leaders that God has called today, to help equip them, encourage them, and inspire them!

I strive to develop communities and resources that will help today’s leaders become the best that they can be, to help them develop in their giftings and confidence, to be exactly WHO God called them to be and where.
